FEENEY, Josephine (née Fitzmaurice) (Churchtown, Dublin and formerly of Derrynacong, Ballyhaunis) - 30th January 2024 after a short illness bravely borne, in the gentle care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Hermitage Medical Clinic. Beloved wife of Eric, sister of Evelyn and Tommie and sister-in-law of Dermot. She will be sadly missed by her husband, sister, brother, brother-in-law, many cousins, relatives, friends and former colleagues at St. Luke’s Hospital, Rathgar. Removal this (Friday) morning to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown, for a short Prayer Service at 11am, prior to her journey to Ballyhaunis. Josephine will be reposing in Gavin's Funeral Home, Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo, F35 WF22, this (Friday) evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral arriving to St Patrick's Church, Ballyhaunis, tomorrow (Saturday) morning for Funeral Mass at 12 noon with the funeral proceeding to the local cemetery.
