CONNOLLY Thomas (Tom) (Clonskeagh, Dublin 14 and late of Tullycorbet, Co. Monaghan) - August 6, 2012 (peacefully), at Leopardstown Park Hospital; sadly missed by his loving wife Bernadette, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal on Thursday morning from Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum to the Church of St. Thérèse, Mt. Merrion for 10 o'clock, funeral Mass followed by burial in Tullycorbet, Co. Monaghan. Family flowers only please. House Private.
