KERR (Bundoran, Co. Donegal and Glasgow, Scotland) - May 17, 2013 (suddenly but peacefully) at Western Infirmary Hospital, Glasgow. Richard; devoted partner of Caroline. Adored eldest son of Ray and Nuala, beloved brother of Elizabeth, Raymond and Louise. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, partner, uncles, aunts, cousins, colleagues and a wide circle of friends. May he Rest In Peace. Removal from his parents' residence, Church Road tomorrow, Sunday morning at 12.15 o'c arriving at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Bundoran for 12.30 o'c Requiem Mass, followed by interment in St. Ninnidh Cemetery, Bundoran. Family flowers only. House private please.

On the First Anniversary of Richard's death, Ray, Nuala, Elizabeth, Raymond and Louise wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us on the loss of our beloved son and brother and to those who attended Richard's Funeral Mass, to all our friends and relations who travelled to be with us and support us during a difficult time and for their continued invaluable support. We thank you for the Mass cards the beautiful letters and thoughtful gestures. A very special word of thanks to Canon Ramon Munster for his kindness and warm support to us for his celebration of the Funeral Mass and uplifting homily. We give thanks to all the Concelebrants, Fr Frank McManus, Fr Herbert Bromley, Fr Burke, Fr Carroll, Fr O'Fearrai, Fr Ambrose O'Gorman, Fr Tom Russell, and Fr Ward. To Marie and Liam and the parish choir we say thank you for the beautiful music. We are grateful to our medical friends and colleagues who provided a guard of honour, your support and kindness will always be remembered. We thank the Funeral Director Johnny Mulreany for his help and professionalism and to those involved in the preparation of the grave, we appreciate your work. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this Acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Richard' s First Anniversary Mass will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 10am in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Bundoran.
