PHILLIPS, Herbert (Knocklyon, late of Santry) October 12, 2022, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family under the excellent care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Beloved husband of Dymphna (née Hayes) and most incredible father to Nigel, Corinna, Conan and Leanne. Sadly missed by his caring grandchildren and extended family and friends.
