RYAN, Kevin Finbarr (Redshire Cottage, Staplestown, Murrintown, Co. Wexford and formerly Ros-na-Philibin, Blackbanks) - February 4, 2018, (unexpectedly), youngest son of the late Commandant Michael and Kathleen Ryan, pre-deceased by his five brothers; deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, his wife Ethna (née Cassidy), Howth, children Finbarr (Barra), Orla, Derval, Brendan, daughter-in-law Nikki, Rosa, son-in-law David, his grandchildren who brought such joy to his life, Aoife, Ciara, Caoimhe, Orla Ryan, Michael and Caroline O Neill, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews. Reposing at his home today (Tuesday) from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) morning, at 10.45 am to St. Catherine's Church, Murrintown for Funeral Mass at 11.00 am followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin for service at 3.30 pm. House Private on Wednesday morning. No flowers please. Donations if desired to the MRI Scanner fund at Wexford General Hospital.
RYAN Kevin Finbarr (February 4, 2018) On this the First Anniversary of his sudden death his wife Ethna (née Cassidy), children Finbarr (Barra), Orla, Derval, Brendan, granchildren Aoife, Ciara, Caoimhe, Orla, Michael and Caroline, daughters-in-law Nikki and Rosa son-in-law David, sisters-in-law nieces and nephews wish to thank most sincerely the staff at A and E Wexford under Doctor Grace O'Carroll and Father Jim Doyle for their professional and spiritual help given to Kevin Finbarr, to Father Murty Byrne and Father Lorenzo whose Mass was a fitting celebration of Kevin Finbarr's life assisted by alter servers including Sean Cassidy, we thank Liz and Cyril Murphy for their music which brought clam to us all, for those who travelled from USA, Italy, Spain and the UK to neighbours, members of the Wexford Bridge Center, Volunteers from Wexford Opera Festival who continue to support the family every day. We sincerely thank staff of Musgraves (Centra) who supported Finbarr in such great numbers on the sudden death of his father. We thank Undertakers Kay Macken and her team for seeing us through the saddest of times. Kevin Finbarrs ashes were scattered on the waters near Ireland's Eye in September the family thank sincerely Howth Yacht Club especially Derek Bothwell for their help in making this a memorable day for the family.
