BYRNE, John Patrick (Shankill, Co. Dublin and formerly of RTÉ) – August 11, 2022, peacefully, in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Loughlinstown Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Frances and dearly loved father of his three girls Anne-Marie, Jane and the late Susan. Very sadly missed by his daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, sisters and brother, nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Anne-Marie and Jane invite you to join them to celebrate John's life on Monday evening (August 22) between 4.00pm and 6.00pm at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray. Removal on Tuesday morning (August 23) to St. Anne’s Church, Shankill arriving at 10.45pm for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. The Mass may be viewed online at churchservices.tv/shankill. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Asthma Society of Ireland. May he Rest in Peace

Dear Anne-Marie, I was so sorry to read that your beloved Dad John has died.May he now rest in peace with his wife and daughter close to him. You have been an amazing daughter. You have cared for him so lovingly for a number of years. He was a lucky Dad to have you beside him for his every step. God Bless you now in the days ahead. My thoughts are with you. Sonia Appelbe
