LEE - James (Jim) (late of Clontarf, Dublin) (died June 20, 2021) - A much loved and sadly missed husband, dad, grandad and brother. On the First Anniversary of Jim’s death, his wife Mary, sons Gerard and Stephen, daughter-in-law Lisa, siblings Johnny, Sheila and Kay would like to express their

deepest appreciation to the many people who supported them through this very sad and difficult time, including the extended Lee and O’Donovan families and our close friends Miriam and Jim. Every call, letter, card and the many messages and tributes left on rip.ie were greatly appreciated. A special word of thanks to our neighbours and all of Jim’s friends especially Tom, Paul and Donagh, his former colleagues in Friends First and also to the President and past Presidents of Suttonians Rugby Club for forming a guard of honour. Our thanks to Dr. Orla Mc Cardle and her team in st Luke’s radiation oncology centre in Beaumont Hospital for delivering his treatment with such care and compassion and to his G.P. Dr John Blennerhassett and the community palliative care team from St Francis hospice who enabled us to care for Jim at home in his final days, as was his wish. Thank you to Fr. John for conducting a memorable funeral service. We greatly appreciated the advice and professionalism of Stafford and Sons Funeral Directors.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope you will accept this acknowledgment as a mark of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
