BLAKE, Prof. Sean (Dublin 4) - January 18, 2015 (peacefully) in the dedicated care of the staff of Leeson Park House Nursing Home; beloved husband of Frances and loving father of Peter, Susan, Rhona and Judy, brother of Harry and his late sisters Mairead and Cecelia. Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren and in-laws, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal on Wednesday morning to Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium (family only). Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Irish Heart Foundation.
