FORRESTAL (née Guerin) (Tullamore) - April 1, 2015, (peacefully), at Tullamore General Hospital, Anna, beloved wife of the late Sean and dear mother to Marina, Coleen, Caroline and Sean; sadly missed by her loving daughters, son, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Marina, brother Paddy, extended family, relatives and friends especially Una, Stephen, Kathleen, Margaret and John. Removal on Monday afternoon to Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel arriving for Service at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
