MATTHEWS, Sheila (née O’Loughlin) (F.I.H.I.) (Pembroke Park, Ballsbridge), January 12, 2019, (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved wife of Bill. Sadly missed by Bill and a wide circle of friends. Funeral has taken place privately, at her own request.
