HUGHES - Elizabeth (Betty) (née Ewings) (ex N.T. Kilmactranny, Boyle, Co. Sligo) peacefully, October 12, 2022, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Abbey Haven Nursing Home, Boyle. Predeceased by her beloved husband Pat. Deeply regretted by her devoted daughter Marina and son John. Much loved and sadly missed by her beloved grandsons Cormac, Pat, and Ben, great-grandson Teddy, daughter-in-law Marese, Cormac’s wife Mary, extended family, neighbours and her wide circle of friends. Betty will repose at her residence this (Thursday) afternoon from 4.00pm until 7.00pm Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Highwood, arriving 8.00pm Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated tomorrow (Friday) morning at 11.00

o’clock, interment afterwards in Roundfort Cemetery, Co. Mayo, arriving 2.30 approximately. Those wishing to attend and are now unable to do so, may leave messages
