McNAMARA, Josephine, (née Ryan), (late of Ennis Road, Limerick who died on March 21, 2019) - The family would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the kindness and support of all those who sympathised with us on the recent death of our beloved mother and grandmother. We wish to express our thanks to our extended family members, friends, and most especially to Josephine's neighbours and her many friends. We offer our heartfelt gratitude to all those who travelled such long distances to attend Josephine's removal, funeral, burial and those who sent Mass cards, notes of sympathy, and offered their condolences. A sincere word of thanks to the priests of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, Fr. Ryan and Fr. McAuliffe, who guided us and provided much support over the course of Josephine's funeral. We would also like to acknowledge the kindness and care they have shown to Josephine, together with the sacristan, Margaret Clifford, and the parishioners of the Holy Rosary, on her daily visits to Mass in the Church, a place where she found much solace. We would like to extend our extreme gratitude to her G.P. Dr O'Connell, the specialist; Dr. Anjum and his team, particularly Dr. Lissandro; and all of the staff in the Burren Ward at Ennis General Hospital, who looked after Josephine with such exceptional care and empathy in her last two week. Thanks also to all of the staff at Griffin's Funeral Directors for their compassion and professionalism.
