KING, Alan H. (Churchtown), March 3, 2019 (peacefully) while surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by his brother Roger. Beloved husband of Barbara, wonderful dad to Jenny, Susan, Stephen and Alison, father-in-law of John, Yvonne, and Eddie, so lovingly remembered by all of his grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews Anthony and Trevor, extended family and a wide circle of friends. At Rest. Alan will repose in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum today (Wednesday) from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral Service to take place in Christ Church, Taney, tomorrow (Thursday) morning at 11.30am followed by burial at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Enniskerry. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to the “End Polio Now” campaign supported by the Rotary Club, Dublin.
