HOEY, (Hoy) née Keaney, Carmel ( Clontarf, Dublin - Ferrybank, Waterford - Sutton, Dublin and formerly Raheny) - 31st May 2020 Peacefully at home after a long illness borne with quiet faith and fortitude. Beloved and loving wife of Vincent, adored mother of Kevin, Clodagh and Emer and mother in law of Mary, Declan and Henry; loving Grandma of Oisin, Peter, Niamh, Caoimhe, Sarah, Luke, Kate and Conor; sister of Kathleen and Teresa (predeceased by Maura, Paddy, Sean and James). Carmel will be deeply missed by her family, relations and friends. Regrettably, in accordance with current guidelines, Carmel’s funeral will be private. There will be a Memorial Mass at a later date.
