BOWLES, Valerie, April 14, 2022, (Charleville Square, Rathfarnham, Dubli.14 formerly of Trimbleston Gardens, Booterstown). Peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff of Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services, Harold’s Cross. Pre-deceased by her sister Judith. Beloved wife and best friend of John McCormack. Valerie will be forever loved and dearly missed by John, her brothers Padraic and Michael, sisters-in-law Eilish and Emilie, nieces Danielle, Georgina, Hannah-Jane, nephews Patrick, Phillip, Brendan and Shane, great-nieces Evelyn, Grace and Luna-Grace, great-nephews Alexander and Sebastian, extended family, friends and colleagues from the IBTS. Reposing at home this Monday afternoon from 3.00pm to 6.00pm. Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) morning to the Church of St. Therese, Mount Merrion for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. www.mountmerrionparish.ie/) followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium (https://www.mountjerome.ie/garden-chapel-service/) Family flowers only please, donations, if desired to Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services, Harold’s Cross and or the Irish Cancer Society. BOWLES - Valerie (First Anniversary) - Still greatly missed especially by her husband John McCormack and her brothers Padraic and Michael, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grand- nephews and her wide circle of friends. Not a day passes without a memory of you. Many thanks for all the kind words cards dinners and many other acts of kindness. You all know who your are and John in particular will never forget what you have done this past year and it a tribute to Valerie’s bond with you all.
Keep lighting the candles when you get a chance and you will continue to keep her light shining brightly.
