McGOVERN, Joe, 26th of August 2024, (Malahide) - Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Raheny. Beloved husband of Máire and adored father of Brian, Catherine, Paul, David and Helen. Very sadly missed by his sons-in-law John and Jean Paul, daughters-in-law Kirstie, Niamh and Laura. Doting grandfather to Daniel, Marianne, Martha, Matthew, Elizabeth, Juliette, John, Emma, Joseph, Lucie and Angus. Sadly missed by his sisters Phil, Dympna and Sheila and his brothers Fr. Tom and Enda, extended family, friends and neighbours. Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on (Thursday) afternoon, the 29th of August, from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of St Sylvester, Malahide, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by Burial in Balgriffin Cemetery. Rest in Peace.
