SCANLON, Martin (Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 and Mitchelstown, Co. Cork) - May 31, 2020, peacefully in the kind care of the doctors, nurses, and staff of St. James Hospital, beloved husband and best friend of Madge. He will be very sadly missed by his cherished daughters Anna and Mairead, his beloved sister Mary, his loving sons-in-law Colin and Andy, his much adored grandchildren, George, Jamie, Ethan and Liam, sisters-in-law Helen and Celia, brothers-in-law Maurice, Jack, John and Doug, nieces, nephews, and all his extended family and many close friends. Martin will leave his family home tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 10.30am. His family invite you to join them for a socially distanced farewell by lining the path from his home. His Funeral Mass can be viewed at 11am at the following link: http://www.marleygrangeparish.ie/our-parish/web-cam/ Burial will take place in Clonea Power Cemetery, Co.
