SPILLANE Kit (nee Murphy), Castleconnell, Co Limerick. Died July 2, 2017. On the occasion of Mum's First anniversary, we, her children, Jeanne, Una (Champion), Maurice and all our extended family wish to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful support and kindness shown to us on the death of Kit.A very special thank you to Kit's friends in Castleconnell and Murroe who added joy to her life, and who as her health failed visited, brought her the news, chatted, laughed and helped to give her many happy times. All the dedicated carers who helped to look after Kit in her last few years, always with a smile they became good friends to her. Her wonderful GP Dr. Robert Magnier whose care and attention was outstanding. The Public health nurses. Fr. Brendan Kyne whose First Fridays visits were a great comfort to Kit she had a very strong faith, Fr. Tom Whelan and the magnificent choir for the wonderful funeral Mass. Finally to Delaney Minihan Undertakers thank you. We deeply appreciate all your support in helping us assist Kit on her final journey. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this Acknowledgement will be accepted and The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Perhaps you sent a funeral spray,
if so we saw it there.
Perhaps you spoke the kindest words.
As any friend would say:
Perhaps you were not there at all,
just thought of us that day'
Whatever you did to console our hearts,
We thank you very much,
whatever the part.
