SHEEHAN - Jack (Seán) (Clonskeagh, Dublin and formerly of Abbeyleix, Laois)
29th August 2023 – First Anniversary -
As we treasure the memory of Jack (Seán) on his First Anniversary, his wife Ann, together with his children Rory and Cróna and his sister Joan, would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all those who sympathised and supported us during this difficult year, especially our extended family, friends, neighbours, and colleagues.
We would like to thank most sincerely all those who attended Jack’s reposal, funeral, and burial service, and all those who posted on RIP.ie and who sent condolence letters, cards, and messages with such lovely words of comfort.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Rodney Regan and Martina (Goatstown Medical Clinic), John Finnegan (Roebuck Pharmacy), Prof. Alan Watson and Dr. Gareth Horgan (St. Vincent’s University/Private Hospital) who provided wonderful care to Jack over the years.
A very special word of thanks to Jack’s medical team in the Beacon Hospital, with particular gratitude to Dr. Rory McQuillan, his dedicated Oncology Palliative Care Team under Dr. Eoin Tiernan and Dr. Ana Santos, his Radiation Oncology Team under Prof. Alina Mihai, and all the wonderful doctors, nurses, HCAs, medical and support teams, who cared for Jack with such compassion and kindness.
Our sincere thanks to the Funeral Ministry Team of the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion and the dedicated Team from Fanagans Funeral Directors in Dundrum for their guidance and invaluable input into Jack’s funeral.
A special thank you also to Rory Mulhall from Kilternan Cemetery Park for his support in helping us choose the perfect peaceful resting place for Jack surrounded by his beloved nature.
Jack was truly blessed to have made wonderful and cherished friends throughout his life, it would be impossible to thank each of you individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest appreciation and gratitude.
A Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
