KAVANAGH, Fr. Dermot C.S.Sp. (Co. Wicklow) 8th January 2021. Missionary in Nigeria, USA and Ireland. Loving son of the late Elizabeth and Thomas Kavanagh, Ballybeg, Rathnew. Pre-deceased by his sisters Lillie, Mai, Aggie, Mary and Kathleen, and brothers Andy, Myles, Pat, Peter, John and Tom. Greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews, friends and great neighbours and fellow Spiritans. May he Rest in Peace. Due to current restrictions a private funeral Mass will take place this (Monday) morning in St Joseph’s Church, Rathnew at 11am followed by burial in Rathnew Cemetery.
