SPEARS (Una M.) (Lifford, Donaghmore, Cookstown M.Sc.) (Died February 8, 2007 R.I.P.) - Her father Arthur, sisters Mary, Eva, Frances and Colette, Godmother (Elsie), relatives of her late mother Teresa, and her many close friends, (garnered from wherever she settled in her short life) wish to thank all who offered their condolences on her death. Expressions of sympathy from The Find Horn Foundation, Scotland where Una had recently ended her course and those from her former teaching colleagues and pupils from St. Joseph's, Donaghmore where she taught, were greatly appreciated. The family offer thanks to all those who attended the removal, Requiem Mass, sent flowers, Mass Cards and letters, telephoned and donated to The Friends of St. Luke's Hospital. Sincerest thanks are due to the staff of The James Connolly Memorial and The Mater Hospitals, Dublin as well as to those at St. Luke's Hospital where Dr. Salib and his team, and Hillary and her nursing staff attended Una, as well as to the Chaplain, Fr. O'Brien who gave the last rites. Our indebtedness to the clergy is incalculable, to Fr. Edward Kilpatrick P.P. who was in charge of the obsequies, to Bishop Frances Lagan, Fr. Declan Boland P.P., Camus, and to Fr. Michael Doherty P.P., Melmount. Please accept this notice as a token of gratitude and appreciation for the many public and private expressions of sympathy, indeed for everyone's love for Una and the loss now felt by all for her so early departure to better things. All will be remembered at the Months Mind Mass at St. Patrick's Church, Murlog, Lifford at 7.30 o'clock on Thursday March 8, next.
