O'MORCHOE, David N.C. (Maj. Gen. The O'Morchoe CB, CBE) (Tara Hill, Gorey, Co. Wexford) November 22, 2019, peacefully at home. Beloved husband of Margaret (née Brewitt), father of Dermot, Kevin and Maureen and the late Deirdre. Fondly remembered by his daughters-in-law Susie and Jill, son-in-law Mick, grandchildren Sally, William, Daniel, Philip and his wife Katie, Wendy, Aisling, Stephen, Tim, Jenny, the wider family circle, and his many friends. Funeral Service took place on Monday, November 25 at Christ Church, Gorey, Co. Wexford. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will take place in the New Year.

So sorry to learn this. I knew David as I was a member of the RBL and also went to St Columba's College. He kindly asked if I could attend the reception of the Queen in Dublin to no avail! Robin Bury
