McDONAGH, Tommy, (Treacy Avenue, Sligo) - January 11th 2020, peacefully, after a short illness, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Summerville Nursing Home, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Beloved husband of Mary, much loved father to John, Jennifer, Mary, David and Brian. Devoted grandad to Kris, Eoin, Richard, Claudia, Emily, Jennifer, Rebecca, and the late Claire. He will be very sadly missed by his sister Kitty (Doyle), brother-in-law Martin, sister-in-law Ann (McDonagh), sons-in-law Justin and Jon, daughters-in-law Ann, Linda and Grace, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Rest in Peace. Funeral will arrive at The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo, on today (Tuesday) morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial in Sligo Cemetery afterwards. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to Alzheimer Day Care Centre, Aughamore, Sligo.
