DUNLEAVY - Thomas Andrew (Tom), Ballsbridge, Castlebar, London. Died August 11, 2022 (peacefully) in the exceptional care of the staff of the Blackrock Palliative Care Unit at Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross. Predeceased by siblings Bea, Michael, Loretta & Martin. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Maura and son Steven. Deeply regretted by his family; Mary (Foxford), PJ (London), Pauline (London), his adoring grandchildren Riley and Amelia, brothers & sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, his very good friends and neighbours. Funeral arriving to Church of St. Peter and Paul, Straide on Monday for funeral mass at 12 on Monday with the funeral proceeding afterwards to the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Tom’s family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff of Saint Vincent’s Private, the Blackrock Community Palliative Care Team and Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross for the exceptional care that Tom received in his final illness.
