THOMSON, Helga Trudi (née Carroll), aged 53, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018, at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary from complications of her Multiple Sclerosis. This beautiful lady never let her terrible disease define her or get the better of her. She lived her life in love and with much laughter. Helga leaves behind a devastated husband, Stuart, and her beloved Mum Doris and sister and Elfrieda. A funeral service will take place at St. Andrews Catholic Church, 77 Belford Road, Edinburgh, EH4 7DS at 11.00am on Friday, (October 19), which will be followed by a family crematorium service. This will be followed by a memorial service to celebrate Helga's life in late November in Dublin.
