O'DEA, Phil (Mena) (née Boylan) (Carragh Hill, Salthill, Galway and formerly of Scotstown, Co. Monaghan) - January 29, 2024. Predeceased by her beloved husband Tom. Deeply mourned by her heartbroken daughter Fiona, son Conor (NSW, Australia) and his wife Belinda. A very proud granny of Iseult (Izzy) and Ultan (Ulty) who admired and loved her dearly. Sadly missed also by the extended O’Dea and Boylan family, wonderful neighbours, many loyal and devoted friends including the affectionate staff of St. David's Nursing Home. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour (H91 V1K8) on Friday, 2 February from 5.30p.m. to 6.30p.m. with Removal to Church of Christ the King, Salthill to arrive at 7 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Phil on Saturday, 3 February at 11 a.m. Following Mass she will be laid to rest with her husband Tom in Rahoon cemetery.
