EASTMAN, Jane (Oaktree Avenue, Castleknock, Dublin 15) - October 22, 2012 (peacefully) at her home, in the wonderful care of the staff of St Francis Hospice, very sadly missed by her best friend and husband John Hayes, her loving children Sinéad, Seán, Conor and Áine, her father Harry, sisters Ann-Marie and Trisha, brother John and her extended family and many friends. Reposing at her home this Tuesday evening from 5pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow, Wednesday morning at 10am in The Church of St Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St Francis Hospice, Dublin 15. "May she Rest in Peace"
