BYRNE, Peter, (Lucan and Milltown), August 26, 2016 after a short illness bravely borne in the wonderful care of the nurses, doctors and all the staff at the Blackrock Clinic, surrounded by his loving family. Peter, beloved husband of Ivy, dear father to Clodagh, Orla, Karen and Helene, father-in-law to Tony, David, Kieran and Donough, adored grandfather to Sam, Harry, Alexandra, Jack, Freddie, Holly, Eva, Lucia, Milo and George. He will be sadly missed by all his family, relatives, friends and neighbours. Removal Monday, August 29 to Sts. Columbanus and Gall Church, Milltown at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, August 30 at 11am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery, Lucan.May he Rest in Peace

BYRNE Peter (Milltown, Dublin) - Today on Peter's First Anniversary, his wife Ivy, daughters Clodagh, Orla, Karen, Helene and extended family would like to express their deep appreciation and gratitude to all those who sympathised with them at the time of Peter's death. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended his removal and funeral Mass, to those who travelled long distances to be with us, to those who sent cards, flowers, and letters of sympathy and to all who offered support in many different ways. A special thank you to Peter's kind and caring neighbours and to his friends from Hermitage Golf Club. Thank you to Fr. Peter Briscoe who celebrated his removal and funeral Mass. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Blackrock Clinic. Thank you to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their kindness and professionalism. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
