HILL, Alan, died January 1, 2012 - On the first anniversary of Alan's death, we, his sister Rose, brother Robby, partner Gisella, brother-in-law Bob and sister-in-law Dorothy wish to express our sincere appreciation to all who sympathised with us on our sad loss. A special thanks to the staff of St. Joseph's Ward, UCHG for their care and kindness to Alan and also to the staff of Galway Hospice. Thanks to Rev. Gary Hastings and the choir of St Nicholas Collegiate Church for the funeral service and a special thanks to the members of Galwegian R.F.C. who formed a guard of honour at the church for Alan. Our thanks go also to the staff at O'Flaherty's Funeral Directors for their help with the funeral arrangements and to the staff at the Westwood Hotel for the lovely lunch. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation, as it would be impossible to thank everyone individually.
