O'HAGAN - Aileen Patricia - On this our beloved daughters first anniversary we her parents John and Marie together with her devoted sister Catherine, her beloved nephew Nathan, niece Danielle and brother-in-law Barry, would like to express our deep gratitude to our family, friends and neighbours for all their support over the past year. Thanks to those who attended the funeral home, funeral service, sent Mass cards and posted on rip.ie. A special thank you to the guard of honour and pall bearers from Revenue, Customs & Excise, you helped to give Aileen the send off she deserved. We would like to thank Fanagan’s and Kathryn who conducted Aileen’s funeral service for their kindness & professionalism.

Thank you also to the staff of St Vincents Public and Private Hospital, ICU Tallaght University Hospital and the palliative care unit in Our Lady’s Hospice Harolds Cross who looked after Aileen with such care, compassion & were such a huge support to us all. A heartfelt thank you to Caitriona, Esther, Helen, Mary & Rachel for being with Aileen on every step of her journey. As we cannot thank everyone individually, please except this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude.
