TIERNEY (Ã TIGHEARNAIGH) - Cathal (Dún Laoghaire and late of Barrington, Illinois), passed away suddenly at home, September 16, 2021. Much loved husband of Bríd (née Conneely), and wonderful father to Áine, Seán, Mary, Kate and Liam. Predeceased by his beloved parents Fergus and Bríd (née Glynn). Will be very sadly missed by his wife, children, sisters Dearbhail and Ríonach, brothers Fionán and Cormac, mother-in-law Annie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, adoring nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives and his close lifelong friends.

Funeral Mass in St. Anne Catholic Community Church Barrington, Illinois, on Friday next September 24 at 11.00am US Central time (5.00pm Irish time) followed by cremation.
