BRAUN (Killowen, Blarney, Co. Cork and formerly of Mannheim, Germany) - January 2, 2017 in the exceptionally kind and compassionate care of the staff at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork, Werner Kurt Wilhelm, aged 92 years, beloved only son of the late Otto and Helene (née Schmidt), dearly loved father of Bronwen (Lynch) and Owen, proud grandfather of Leah, Jessica and Stefanie, Sam, Christian and Theo, much loved father-in-law to Jerry and Kerry, loving partner to Vina Patel and her children Shima, Sunil, Jay and the late Kiran; he will be sadly missed by his family, by Vina's children and their families, and by all his relatives and friends here and in Germany. Lying in repose at the Coburg Street Funeral Home of Jerh. O'Connor Ltd from 5.00pm tomorrow (Thursday) to 7.00pm.
