GLOVER - Jane (Irishtown, Mullingar)(Died August 11, 2020)

On the first anniversary of our beloved Jane, we her family wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our heart-breaking loss. Thanks to everyone who sent beautiful Mass cards, sympathy cards, heartfelt and thoughtful letters, messages via phone, RIP.ie and social media. Thanks to all those who phoned and called to the door. Sincere thanks to those who sent floral tributes, care packages and food to our home. Our sincere appreciation to all the neighbours, family and the many friends Jane cherished, who observed the Covid 19 restrictions and stood along the roadside of Jane’s home, outside the church during her funeral Mass and those who tuned into Jane’s funeral Mass online. Thank you for joining us. Thanks also to the staff and members of Mullingar Golf Club for their many condolences. A special word of thanks to Fr. Mark English for officiating a most beautiful funeral Mass and following ceremonies. Thank you for your kind words, prayers and support. Thanks also to Maeve Dolan and Peter Devine who added beautiful music to the ceremony. Thank you to Con Gilsenan and Tony Quinn (Gilsenan’s Undertakers) for your kindness, guidance and professionalism. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff in both Mullingar Regional Hospital and Beaumont Hospital Dublin for your outstanding care of Jane. Heartfelt thanks to GP Liam D'Alton for his care and generous time he gave Jane. We would like to acknowledge the great care, kindness and compassion of the staff of Home Instead, especially Joanne and Breda, who helped in the gentle caring of Jane while she was at home. Thank you to the staff of St. Camillus Nursing Centre who took the greatest care of Jane in her final hours.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all. First Anniversary Mass in Cathedral of Christ the King, Mullingar on Sunday, August 8, at 10am
