McGILLIGAN, Patrick Thomas (Paddy), Booterstown, Co. Dublin - August 11, 2019, in his 88th year; beloved husband, for 62 years, of Maura, much loved father of Sheila, Lucy and Susan, (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Will be sadly missed by his wife, daughters, brother Kevin, son-in-law Patrick, grandchildren Clodagh, Beatrice, Jocelyn, Jet and Rumo, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A true gentleman who will be missed by all. May he rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) morning to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11.00 am and then to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. House strictly private.

Pat Molloy belatedly regrets the passing of Paddy, a wonderful person whom I think of often as an example of the very best in mankind. I regret that I missed and did not mark his passing.
