<p>HALLIGAN Neil - May 27, 2020 (late of Clontarf) (tragically) sadly missed by his loving mother Breda, father Tom, sister Aisling, brother Órán, Neil aged thirty-one, will be sadly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and a wide circle of friends. May he Rest in Peace. A private family funeral will take place, in line with government guidelines. Those who would have liked to attend, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message for Neil's family in the condolence section on www.irishtimes.com Funeral Mass on Tuesday, June 2, at 11.00 o'clock in St. Anthony's Church, Clontarf.
