Cathy, Karin, Sarah and their families wish to thank all who supported us in Tommy’s final illness and sympathised on our loss. Special thanks to his dedicated carers Mida Keegan and Jackie Rossiter, his GPs Dr Tim O’Flanagan & Dr Una Patchett, Dr Donal O’Shea and the caring staff in St Vincent’s University Hospital, the Blackrock Hospice team and the Daffodil Nurses all of whom enabled Tommy to die peacefully at home. We are grateful to Fr Conor Harper SJ who visited daily and officiated at the funeral with a team of his confreres, Mgr Lorcan O’Brien, Fr Eddie Dowley and Mark Patrick Hederman OSB. To our wonderful extended family and friends who attended the removal or funeral, sent messages, letters or Mass cards please accept this as a
