O'DONOGHUE, Dermot (Dalkey, Co. Dublin) August 13, 2025. Peacefully with his family in the kind care of the Blackrock Clinic. Beloved husband of Mary and loving dad to Davina, Garrett and Robbie. Predeceased by his sister Áine (July 2025), brothers Gearoid (Gerry) and Shay, nephew Eoghan, brother-in-law John, sister-in-law Annette and Regina’s partner Byron. He will be sadly missed by his wife, daughter, sons, sister Eilís, sisters-in-law Tamara, Paula, Regina, Liz and Christina; brothers-in-law Anthony and Pat. He will also be deeply missed by his daughters-in-law Marie and Denise, son-in-law Toby, adoring grandchildren Laoise, Ruby, Georgia, Charlie, Dermot and Purdy and his many beloved nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (August 20) at 11.30am in Sts. Alphonsus and Columba Church, Church Avenue, Ballybrack followed by cremation in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross. For those who cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the Church webcam. Sympathy messages for Dermot’s family can be left in the ‘Condolence’ section on RIP. No flowers please.
