GALLIVAN LACK Monica MD, (at her residence, in Washington D.C., late of Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Newbridge, Co. Kildare), January 23, 2013, beloved wife of Ernest E. Lack MD and loving mother of Adele and Trevor. Greatly missed by her brother John, sisters Sarah, Camilla and Mary, by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Gopal, Dermot, Margaret and Marina, by her much loved nephews and nieces, Tom, John-Paul and Rory, Sheila and Neil, Emma and Susannah, and by her relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will take place in Washington D.C. tomorrow (Saturday), February 2, 2013. Interment private. Family flowers only. May she Rest in Peace.
