On Jeannes First Anniversary (August 31), her husband Jim and their children Patrick, Cormac, Fergal and Fionnuala, her daughters-in-law and grandchildren, and sisters and brothers, remember her with love. We wish to acknowledge the exceptional medical care and personal attention that Jeanne received from Celbridge Primary Medical Care Centre, Peamount Hospital and the Hermitage Health Clinic. Our sincere thanks too to Fr. Seamus OConnell for leading the very moving and personal Funeral Service, enhanced by Lucys beautiful singing. We would like to thank all those who attended the Funeral, sent cards and letters, and provided moving words of kindness, friendship and appreciation of Jeannes life in the book of condolences. Your shared memories meant a lot to us. We greatly appreciate the on-going support and friendship from our extended family, and close friends.
