BRENNAN - Mary (née Smith) (Sancta Maria, Carnew, Co. Wicklow) -
As we remember Mary on her First Anniversary the Brennan family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone for the sympathy and support shown on the sad loss of a beloved mother, grand- mother and great-grandmother.Thank you so much to all who phoned, sent cards and letters, had Masses offered and paid such lovely tributes on line and in person. We will never forget our neighbours, friends and community who lined the route on Mary's final journey. As a family it meant so much to us.
A special word of thanks to Mary's wonderful carers who looked after her with such love and kindness, allowing us to fulfil her wishes to be cared for at home in Carnew.
We wish to express our thanks to Fr Martin Casey, Fr. Matt Brennan, Fr. Paddy and Fr. Denis Brown for making her Funeral Mass special and also for their regular visits to her over the years. As a former organist in the Church Mary would have been so proud of the beautiful singing of Anne and Jacinta which brought back wonderful memories of Church music occasions in the past. Thank you to Niall McCrea , Undertaker for his sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements. To extended family and all Mary's friends a big thank you for the love and friendship shown to her over a long and fulfilled life. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
