JOHNSON Frank (Booterstown, Co. Dublin) November 22, 2016, (peacefully), surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park. Frank (ex Irish Life), beloved husband and best friend of Annette and much loved father of Elaine, Barbara and David. He will be very sadly missed by his loving family, his wife, son, daughters, sons-in-law Des and Shane daughter-in-law Gillian, his adored grand children, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, relatives and friends. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing at his home today (Thursday). House private please. Removal tomorrow (Friday) morning to the Church of the Assumption Booterstown Avenue arriving at 10.50 o'c for 11.00 o'c Requiem Mass. Funeral thereafter to Deansgrange Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to A.R.C Cancer Support Centre.

JOHNSON, Frank (Booterstown), (First Anniversary). The Johnson family would like to offer their thanks to all who attended the funeral, sent mass cards, messages of sympathy and made donations to ARC in Franks memory. A special thanks to Mr. Donal Maguire, Dr. David Fennelly, the nurses, carers and chapains at St Vincent's Private hospital for taking such wonderful care of Frank. Heartfelt thanks also to celebrants Msgr. Conway, Fr. McIlraith and Fr. Nash. We will be forever grateful.
