PHELAN - Capt. John (Jack). (First Anniversary, February 17, 2021) Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his wife Elizabeth (Betty), his children John, James, Carol Ann, Niall, and Paul; their partners Lynda, Ali, Mike, Claudia and Kristie; and his grandchildren Gracie, Harley, Rebecca, Hannah, William, Joshua and Daniel.
