MAHONY Sheila (Ballinteer, Dublin and late of Ballybunion, Co. Kerry). August 13, 2017 at the Beacon Hospital following an illness borne with great dignity and bravery. Predeceased by her parents Paud and Nora and her grandnephew James Patrick. Will be greatly missed by her brother Bobbie, sisters Mary and Phil, sister-in-law Stephanie, brother-in-law Jack, her nieces Terry, Maura-Dell, Sandra, Norma, Ailish and Maggie, her nephews-in-law Michael and Seamus, grandniece Maggie and grandnephew Tom, her cousins and a wide circle of friends and neighbours. Prayers for Sheila at Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road this (Tuesday) morning at 10.30am followed by removal to Saint John's Church, Ballybunion, to arrive at 6.00pm. Requiem Mass at 11.00am tomorrow (Wednesday) morning, followed by burial in Killahenny Cemetery Sandhill Road. Family flowers only please. MAHONY Sheila (Ballybunion and Ballinteer) First Anniversary - Bobbie, Mary, Phil and the extended family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them at the time of Sheila's death on August 13, 2017. We offer our heartfelt thanks to her many friends, neighbours and colleagues who attended Sheila's removal, Funeral Mass and burial, and to those who provided emotional and practical support to us. We are truly grateful to all those who telephoned, sent cards and messages of condolence and to those who travelled long distances and who made charitable donations. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
