ROONEY (Roger Casement) (Ballsbridge, Dublin 4) - February 17, 2008, (peacefully) at Mount Tabor Nursing Home, beloved husband of Carmel Ellen and dear father of Fergus, Arlette, Roger, Richard, Carmel, Philomena, Barbara and Joe; very sadly missed by his wife and children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law Dave, Marie-Therese, Marianne, Peter, Donal and Ciaran, his twenty grandchildren and his two great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Sheila and Colette, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Bernadette and all the staff at Mount Tabor Nursing Home. May he rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) evening to St. John's Church, Lr. Mounttown Road, Dun Laoghaire arriving at 7.15 o'clock Funeral on Thursday morning after 11 o'clock Requiem Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery.
