CUMMINS, Dermot P. (Derry), recently in the loving care of Maryfield Nursing Home, Chapelizod, and late of Sandycove, and Dundrum, died peacefully on January 1st, 2022, at St. James’s Hospital. Predeceased by his sister Shelagh, wife Brigid (B), son Johnny and daughter Ruth. Will be greatly missed by his sister Mary, brother-in-law Pat Kelly, sons Fred, Michael, and Thomas, son-in-law Ken, daughters-in-law Nicola, Lucie, and Cathriona, grandchildren Oscar, Joseph , Reuben, Daniel, David, Sam, Merlin, Iseult, Juliet, James, Jack, John, Milo, and Francis, and great-granddaughter Odette, nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. A private memorial service will be held at Maryfield Nursing Home, Chapelizod, details to follow.

Herta Urban, Munich More than 50 years ago I travelled to Ireland and met Mr. Cummins and his wife. I will always remember my dear Irish friends who gave me such a warm welcome. I feel very sorry for the loss. God bless the Cummins family.
