SUNDERLAND, John, January 21, 2023, (Newcastle, Quest Systems and formerly of Finglas); unexpectedly after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family in the excellent care of the staff of St. Vincent’s Private Hospital; beloved husband of Carmel, loving dad of Paula, Andrew, Nicola, and Rebecca, and adored Gaga of Sophia, Cillian, Cara, Isla, Lauren, and Isabelle. John will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, children, sons-in-law Christian and Lucien, sisters Jenny, Mary and Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law especially Ann and Geraldine, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, business colleagues and his four-legged pals Willow, George, Harry and Piper. Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, The Square, Tallaght (opposite Tallaght Stadium) tomorrow (Wednesday) from 5.00pm to 7.0pm. A Celebration of John’s life will take place on Thursday afternoon (January 26, 2023) at 2.30pm in The Temple, Newlands Cross followed by Cremation.
