O'FLAHERTY, Michael Patrick died peacefully at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, and of Le Fainel, Le Vallon, St. Martin's, Guernsey, Channel Islands, August 12, 2018, aged 86 years. Much loved and sadly missed by lifelong partner Brian Smullen and a host of friends and family. Family Funeral in Guernsey. Commemoration Service at the National Maritime Museum, Dún Laoghaire, Dublin on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 11.30 a.m. No flowers, but donations to the National Maritime Museum if wished.
