GODFREY, (née Cox) Máire (Donnybrook, Dublin 4) March 18, 2018, (peacefully), at home in her 103rd year. Beloved wife of the late Jim and loving mother of Lisa. Sadly missed by her family, her cherished grandchildren Rebecca, Greg and Simon, son-in-law Ronan, sister Teresa (Coghlan), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal on Thursday evening, March 22nd to the Church of The Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, arriving at 5pm. Funeral on Friday morning after 11 o’c Mass to Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Marie. I never met her but heard lots about her from my Mam, Bernadette, her cousin. I also really enjoyed reading her book. May she rest in peace. Riona Butler( nee Brennan)
