McGREEVY, Canon Gerard (late of Magherarney, Smithboro, Co. Monaghan) - August 11, 2015; deeply regretted by his brother Raymond, sister-in-law Veronica, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, Bishop Liam MacDaid, Priests of Clogher Diocese, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing in St. Mary's Church, Magherarney today (Thursday) from 12 noon until 6 p.m. when prayers will be offered before transfer of the remains to St. Macartan's Cathedral, Monaghan to arrive at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass at 11.30 a.m. tomorrow (Friday), followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Threemilehouse. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to the Dialysis Unit at Cavan General Hospital. House private please.
