GANNON, Dermot (Blanchardstown, Dublin and formerly of Aughrim, Co. Galway and Ex. Jacobs Engineering) - April 11 2020, in the loving care of the staff at the Mater Hospital. Cherished husband of Stella. Sadly missed by his loving sisters Irene and Lillian, his brother Noel, his niece Gillian and nephew Rory, his brothers-in-law Michael and Sean and his many friends. In accordance with HSE and government guidelines, a private funeral will take place for Dermot, followed by cremation. A memorial Mass will be held for Dermot at a later date. No flowers, please. It is 52 years ago I met Dermot when he worked in Gypsum. I was only a youngster, but I never forgot him. He was very understandin​g of a youth interested in draughtsmans​hip and plans, and my many questions. Gerard Cosgrave
